A warm friendly welcome awaits you in this comfortable home which has been sympathetically restored but still retains the features and character of the 17th Century. We provide superb breakfasts cooked in an Aga using mainly local or home produce.
Lower Allercombe Farm is conveniently situated near Exeter for Exeter's shopping centre, Exeter University, Exeter Business Park, Exeter International Airport, Westpoint, Escot and major routes to the South West. We offer a free shuttle service and car parking for B&B guests requiring transport to the Airport. We are also only 7 miles from the stunning Jurassic Coast and the seaside towns of Exmouth and Sidmouth.
The farm is home to grass fed beef cattle and a small stud of competition horses, who carry the prefix Allercombe . There are plenty of stables and well behaved children and dogs are also welcome.
Our charming self-contained Cottage adjoining the main house is perfect for getaways or families needing extra space, and has been especially designed to accommodate guests who want the utmost privacy or the flexibility of kitchen facilities.
